This post is going out about 36 hours late due to the recent events in the post:
My free blog account was suspended on Friday when I tried to schedule a post, and will only be available to me again if I pay $30 a month for hosting. OUCH!!!
That really stings because I’ve been posting to it 3 times a week, and now all that content’s lost😢😭
It felt like a bit of a body-blow at first, but the I thought…
Maybe This Is The Nudge I need To Change Focus?
I’ve been asking how I can get most of my collection of FreeMonthlyWebsites blogs published, and if I should get a new domain name to do that, or create about 30 free hosting accounts; which doesn’t seem viable🤔
Well, it looks like the problem’s been solved for me, and I should transfer the domain name to my existing paid hosting, upload my DFY blogs to there, and start afresh with that blog, especially as I’ve now got full control over the layout and any plugins or other changes🙂😼
It’s also forced me to look at my content, it’s layout, and how I promote it; as well as other content and advice I’ve ignored so far, and how I collate it.
It’s also made me re-evuluate how I use my time, and what it would be best spent on.
I knew something had to change, and this is the catalyst, so now I’ve got to make sure I’m doing the right things, being less ‘Busy’ and more productive.
