I told my ISP last week I’m leaving them in January…so they cut me off immediately – either out of incompetence or spite.
I spent 2 hours on the phone on Saturday…and on Monday, & the guy told me he’s a manager, but he didn’t have any answers for ‘Billing.’ Then he promised to call on Tuesday.
Finally we got somewhere, when he told me to get a temporary mobile wifi unit & they’d refund it.
It meant a long trip in to town, but I finally got it set up and have some access, though it’s slow🐌
The only slight plus is I’d not applied to W+ for approval, because not being able to respond for a few days would’ve looked really bad.
I intend to be back on Sunday as normal.
Another plus is I caught up with a lot of files and training I’ve saved offline & got some great ideas for products and promotions🧠💡
