I’m sure it won’t surprise anyone to know this affiliate marketing update is going out a day late📅
This is partly due to me being busy creating Pins and posting 3 times a day on Pinterest – I’ve scheduled all this weekend’s posts and Monday’s first one; pretty much leaving the weekend free for jobs at home and social / family time🏠👪👨👩👧👦
That’s just a little taste of the ‘Laptop Lifestyle,’ and it would be a whole lot better if I was actually getting some affiliate commissions right now, but I’m getting very few clicks from Pinterest yet despite my accounts improved performance📈

the other reasons for being late with this post are other people (and AI🤖) making life difficult for me by not doing their jobs properly, and not really moving quickly enough to sort out the problems they’ve caused. Best if I don’t name names.
AI’s freezing up a lot, and not giving me the right output when it finally does work; and I’m beginning to think it’s a design quirk to ensure you use up your daily allowance by having to repeat tasks.😠
The other issue’s been a flood of spam – nearly all promoting the same junk from the same spiv; so I’m pretty sure I know who sold them my email address📨📩
That’s declined dramatically now, but I’m not sure if the marketing platform I complained to has taken action against some of these jerks, or if it’s the ‘Block Sender’ email filters keeping them out of my inbox and my sight.
I’ll take that good news and focus on…

I’ve found a way to create all the Pinterest images I need with AI, and they’re just what I want, and have some good feedback and positive comments on the forums I’m active in; so that helps me post on schedule and build up the account slowly.
I also found a couple of tricks to creating slightly different Pins, brilliant book cover images, boosting and hosting promotional PDFs, and am enjoying clearer more focussed thoughts because I’m taking the time to relax and meditate now I’m slightly on top of the workload.
You’ll know if I’m still in charge if these diary updates start going out on time on a Thursday📅🕛
