I had a bit of a shock this morning when I went up to look at something at the house I’m buying, and it caused a bit of a mild panic😬😲😠
There was a sign there for a different estate agent to the one I’ve agreed the deal with; which of course, distracted me from working on my project.
To cut to the chase, the estate agent told me the vendor had told him he’s 99% certain the previous agent’s sold it – that would be to me🙂🏠, and they’re taking it off the market.
My agent’s still not bothered replying to my voicemail☎🤳🏼😡, but hopefully things will move forward now.

I’ve been struggling to decide what to offer as ‘Extras’ and bonuses in my W+ offer, and they seemed to clash a bit, which made it more difficult to decide😕🤔

This brilliantly frames them as an essential addition to the product, so I’ve created that package this afternoon, and will finalise the bonuses then finish the upsells and hopefully have the full package done by next Friday🤞🏼
